By using the Relatives.Photos Service, you agree to the following terms:

1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
3. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "as is" and that the results it provides are experimental and should not be used for making any critical or legal decisions.
4. You agree to release the Service, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims arising from any actions taken as a result of using the Service.

By uploading a photo to the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to do so and that you have the rights necessary to grant us the license described in these Terms.

You understand that we cannot control and have no duty to take any action regarding how you may interpret and use the Content or what actions you may take as a result of having been exposed to the Content, and you release us from all liability for you having acquired or not acquired Content through the Services.

We may revise these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer from time to time, and the most current versions will always be posted on our website. If a revision, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you. By accessing or using the Services, both before and after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the current and revised Terms, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
